This equipment is mainly used for bottles of tablets (including
abnormal tablets), capsules, gels (including transparent gels and
opaque gels), pills and similar solid particles.
Highly accurate counting.
Using self-developed high dust-proof sensor technology, it can work
accurately and stable in heavy dust environment.
The quiver is evenly fed, and the special patented filling section
protects the material from damage.
There is no bottle under the filling hopper, there is no material
in the feeding hopper, or the photoelectric induction box is
abnormal, and the machine alarms.
The special filling hopper avoids material clogging, and small
mouth bottles can be filled quickly.
You can choose advanced dust removal device and static removal
device.
Detection options include: missing product in supply hopper,
damaged tablet, in-line weighing system. (provided as an option)
